This project explores the garden as a “personal public” space, where private experiences and collective histories exist at the same time. Inspired by the Lenormand card Garden, which symbolizes social gathering and community, it investigates how gardens function as spaces where individuals and publics intersect.

While gardens often appear natural and beautiful, they are carefully curated landscapes shaped by botanical knowledge, technological systems, and historical decisions about what is preserved or erased. In this sense, the garden can be understood as a public performance of landscape.

At the same time, gardens are also deeply personal spaces, where individuals walk, think, rest, and experience emotional moments. They hold both collective presence and self-reflection.

This project uses layered visuals to create a conversation between myself and the site. It invites viewers to interact through moving, to reflect on how landscapes contain both visible beauty and hidden narratives.

本项目探索花园作为一种“私人公共空间”，其中私人体验与集体历史并存。灵感源自雷诺曼卡牌中的“花园”牌，它象征着社交聚会和社群，本项目旨在探究花园如何作为个人与公众交汇的空间发挥作用。

花园通常呈现出自然优美的面貌，但实际上它们是经过精心设计的景观，由植物学知识、技术系统以及关于哪些元素被保留或被抹去的历史决策共同塑造而成。从这个意义上讲，花园可以被理解为一种公共景观表演。

与此同时，花园也是极其私人的空间，人们在此漫步、思考、休憩，体验情感时刻。它们既承载着集体的存在，也蕴含着自我反思。

本项目运用层叠的视觉元素，在我与场地之间建立起对话。它邀请观者通过移动进行互动，思考景观如何同时包含可见的美和隐藏的叙事。
